Newburyport wedding

It felt soooooooooooo good to be able to shoot outside again! It also helps when you have a great looking bride and groom to work with. Thet are a very animated fun couple. A special thank you goes out to the president of the Freedom Boat Club who let us on their docks and use one of their boats.

Curious kitty

This is the potential front page of a birth announcement taken this morning. Sparticus the cat just had to get a closer look at who took his place as most important in his house.

Dance school!

This weekend I photographed the dancers at a new dance school in Kingston. I thought things went quite nicely. Here are a few samples.

Oh Baby!

One of the hottest trends in photography is baby belly images. Right now I am offering a free no obligation sitting to all expectant mothers. This is an image from a session taken a few weeks ago. The mother is one of my brides and it's very exciting to have previous clients come in for a maternity session. Of course, I hope to become their photographer for baby sessions and my Watch Me Grow baby album plan. For more information or to schedule a session email or call me.

April wedding at Atkinson Country Club

My daughter Katie I were so happy to finally be able to work outdoors after such a long winter. Atkinson CC has so many great outdoor photo spots, and the staff there is very professional and easy to work with. Definately one of my favorite wedding reception spots, and it's so close to home for me. The bride and groom had a bit of a breeze to contend with, as you can see in the unity candle image that Katie shot. I took this image of the groom as he took a photo of me. It was great to work with Tommy Demers of Get Down Tonight in Salem. I highly recommend him. Suzanne's Weddings from Hampstead did the flowers. Another great job done by both vendors!

An Irish wedding

This wedding was in March and the bride and groom chose a St. Patrick's Day theme. The ceremony was at St Monica's Church in Methuen, Ma and the reception was at the Wyndham Hotel in Andover, Ma. The Wyndham has had alot of upgrades and renovations recently and it looks better than ever. The reception was very lively with a great Irish band, step dancers and a corned beef and cabbage dinner. I also had the pleasure of working with Sean Mitchell, a videographer and fellow Danville resident. You can find the link to his site on my website. Sean went to high school with my oldest daughter and I went to high school with his parents. I also photographed Sean's brother's wedding a few years ago.

Senior portraits class of 2009.

This is my one of my senior reps for the class of 2009. Email me for more information pricing and special offers for high school senior portraits.

Senior portraits can be done in either my studio or an outdoor location such as the beach or park or an inner city location. Most seniors choose to do a combination of studio portraits and then some done on the pond that I live on. The pond is a great area to shoot at any time of day because of the great trees lining a trail that goes all the way around it. We have seen some pretty interesting creatures as we work on the trails. Definately a bug spray location!

St. Luke's Parish First Communion

I just finished putting together the packages for the Saint Luke Parish First Communion. Now I have to take them to the Danville post office and aggravate the other customers when they have to wait for my 50 something packages to be weighed. (actually our post office is never as crowded as some I've been to)

The children were such great subjects to work with, they feel special when they get all dressed up. Here is an absolutely adorable sample.
